Certifications & Quality Standards
Independently tested and certified components for utility-scale and distributed solar PV systems
Certification Documents
Treasun holds internationally recognized certifications covering its solar PV connectors, junction boxes, cables and harness wire assemblies
Quality Control & Testing Procedures
Rigorous multi-stage testing ensures every Treasun product meets international standards
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials including copper contacts, polymer resins, and cable conductors undergo thorough inspection and testing before entering the production line to verify material specifications and quality.
In-Process Quality Control
Continuous monitoring during injection molding, crimping, assembly, and cable extrusion processes ensures dimensional accuracy, proper contact force, and consistent manufacturing quality.
Electrical Performance Testing
Every production batch undergoes contact resistance measurement, insulation resistance testing, dielectric withstand voltage testing, and current carrying capacity verification per certification standards.
Environmental Endurance Testing
Products are subjected to temperature cycling (-40°C to +85°C), damp heat testing (85°C/85% RH), UV exposure aging, and salt mist corrosion testing to verify long-term outdoor reliability.
Mechanical Testing
Pull-out force testing, insertion/withdrawal cycle testing, impact resistance, and vibration testing confirm the mechanical robustness of connectors and junction boxes in field installation conditions.
Documentation & Traceability
Complete batch traceability with test reports, inspection records, and certification documentation available to customers for quality assurance and project compliance requirements.
